We tried telling them..if they had taken us seriously from the start then our dog may have not died they way she did. Alone in the middle of the night and in pain..she suffocated! Also the fact that there isn't anyone there through the night when needed is to me a major downfall. I do not believe our dog received adequate care. Lockerbie practice.
