They are very good, but at present I felt like a hospital patient with the over the top restrictions. Other than that the eye test was conducted the way it should, but however the peripheral test was conducted in the main area, next to bright lights, and people moving around, which distracted me. The new frame section was moved to the side, with an attendee with me when I went to choose new frames. For me it put pressure on you to make the choice, making you hurry, unlike before the restrictions, when you could browse as long as you wanted. The staff were excellent, so I don't have any moans about them.

I would like to thank your member of staff Paul who examined my eyes. His persistence and re arranging of appointments so he could do a follow up in his lunch break saved the eyesight in my right eye. I had a tear in the retina. I was referred the same day where I had laser treatment to repair the tear. Thank you Specsavers especially Paul.
