I’ve been employed by Dunbars Hunt Valley branch for almost 2 years now. I’ve worked my way up to a site supervisors position that pays a decent livable wage with today’s economy. (First time home buyer, clean credit and two cars later) I’ve received more support in the short two years here from upper management than I have at any other security Company I’ve worked for (G4S, Defensor, neither of which are any competition IMO.) The issues that come about are site related, not company related. They are very responsive, and proactive about supporting not just their clients, but their staff as well. Focusing on building their employees rather than rushing to terminate them. This company will mirror the effort you put into it. If you work hard, you’ll see the results. They offer 401k, two sources of insurance, and paid federal holidays. I have no actual complaints other than me WANTING a raise lol. If you’re looking for quality employment, and have experience in the security industry, this is a good place to sink your feet in and grow in the profession.

Someone whocares

Horrible place to work! Everyone calls out upper management doesn’t care and works you to death! Your family can’t count on you being home because upper management doesn’t care! They want you to work turn around and come back and work because of a call. Run away from this place!! Horrible. Treats the hourly employees like they don’t matter!
