Filled up with Shell Vpower diesel 56 litres and only when I paid I realised that they were charging 1.38p per litre !! I normally pay about 1.20p per litre. Highway robbery. Avoid if at all possible.

Although advertised as 24hr services I was told that the shop and toilet facilities were closed when I visited last night (31/01/2020) at 11pm. Thankfully the Stirling BP services 10 mins down the road were more welcoming

Please note the the toilet are unavailable between 11PM-5AM. It's for the safety of the staff. There is nothing the staff can do so dont take it out on them. The store is advertised as 24HOURS witch it is the fuel and shop is available from the night hatch.

I erroneously put some petrol in my diesel car, I quickly realised my mistake replaced the petrol nozzle and the then filled up with diesel. The bill came to around 60, I paid and then went on my way down to London. The following day I got calls from my wife to say the police have been at the house twice leaving messages looking for me. My wife was fanatic and upset, it took a number of calls to find out the reason the police from two different police stations had come looking for me. I hadn't been charged for the petrol I mistakenly taken. A princely sum of about 2.50. On my way back from London I went to the filling station to enquire why they thought it was necessary to waste police time for such a trivial amount. The manager would not speak to me and the poor attendant who was left to deal with me, (the manager was through the back and wouldn’t come out), referred me to the company website. The company conceded it was an honest mistake and had video footage to confirm such. I can only imagine the cost to the tax payer. They obviously think the police are simply Lackeys for big business. I was a regular user of the filling station so all the had to do was wait until I returned and sort it out then.
