I have used Coastal Inspection Services on three homes and am about to call for a fourth. There is no one I would trust more than Brad to inspect such a large purchase. He's extremely thorough, addresses everything - large and small. To meet our timelines with condition removal he expedited our report to ensure sellers had time to review our concerns. He has a deep understanding of building structure and can explain what could be going on behind surfaces. Unlike the above review, I've never had any issues with quick, detailed responses to any concerns or questions I've had on my inspection reports. He takes the time to address all my concerns and questions and I've never felt like burden or being rushed. I don't do a lot of reviews online but after three really detailed, thorough inspections where my expectations have always been surpassed - I felt compelled to write this one.
