No direct number so you have to call a 1 800 number. They have limited options, can't do much their in person. I get charged a fee just to have a paper statement mailed to me. Pretty sure I may be charged a usage fee for calling that 1 800 number.

Place is horrible. I’m not a member but I have used their ATM and paid the fees plenty of times. Anyways I stopped in and asked if I could trade 200 in 20s for two 100 bills. They would only do 100 after having to ask the manager. Does anyone do anything nice for people without trying to make a dollar anymore? Please bank online so places like this go away.

Exceptional customer service. They also have no foreign transaction fees..The complimentary chilled bottled water is a nice touch as well. All around a great bank.
