Everyone behind the back counter is awesome. The girl at the front desk was in a bad mood or something she was so rude and short with me and a friend it honestly made this visit horrible . If you don't like were your working leave don't take it out on the customers seriously. I won't drop my star rating because of one grouchy employee but seriously lady we noticed your attitude

Service right away, I was being waved back to the RC bench as I walked through the door. The tall dude with long hair asked if I was the guy that called earlier, didn't catch his name. He recommended everything I needed, and even though I spent a ton of money im happy. I'll be coming back again because you guys know how to take care of people.

We are new to the RC world and had no idea where to start. My son had been doing chores to save up for an RC. We decided to match his earnings and surprise him for Christmas. We came to Duncan's R/C. We told them we were looking for an RC truck and our son wanted a crawler. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and showed us several different models, options, even told us what the weak points were and how to upgrade them. They answered all our questions and got us exactly what we were looking for! We will definitely be back for more upgrades and accessories!

Outstanding hobby shop, and I've been around the hobby shop block! Went in and purchased a Rustler VXL and Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional staff. Huge variety of all hobby interests. Highly recommend.
