I arrived and tried to use the link on my email to alert staff that I was there but it didn't work. There was a phone number to call which another customer in the cue called. He stated he could see staff who could see we were there. We still had to wait longer that you would expect and by the time a member of staff came there was 4 of us waiting. I gave my order number and the door was again locked and I was told to stand elsewhere. There was a bit of a wait again before my goods came. The door was unlocked and I had to stand back until the member of staff came out and laid my items on a table outside. Why isn't the door manned, there is a staff station just inside the locked door, why doesn't the link work to alert staff, why do you end up having to call them, if I can see them they can see me and they know why I am there. Click and collect is all that is happening.It appeared that my order wasn't ready and was prepared as I waited.

Love this shop, can be pricey but u get the quality to match. Gr8 service everytime I've been in also, which is a lot and I got the best housecoat over 2 weeks ago, so so soft
Nice place, has many things especially for material (curtains, beding) good prices.
Was quite quiet today considering the proximity to christmas. Always helpful staff but the hand cleaning station could be with being restocked more
