Not bad houses but a massive difference in price between Dundee and Perth made us think twice.

Well intentioned but often fail to follow through on promises. Also a very strange relationship with the factoring company who maintain their sites, ScreenAutumn, who are fond of clobbering residents with huge and random bills. Be very careful; get everything in writing; make sure you have a good solicitor; challenge anything that looks fishy.

I have been in my house for just over 1 year. On day 1 reported cracks in the Render . 1 year on still waiting for repairs to be carried out. My advice to others would be check over house before signing on the dotted line !!
