Having the relics of Saint The're'se's in the cathedral brought a serenity and observance that I have found lacking for years in church and my hope is that this respect will become permanent as it is a house of prayer.. not chatter. Thanks to all who were instrumental in bringing the relics to Saint Andrew's.

St Andrews Cathedral is the mother Church of the Catholic diocese of Dunkeld and as such has an important place in the life Dundee Catholics. Its congregation is made up of local people and students at our two universities. This gives us a multi national community. Worship is traditional Roman Catholic with the Mass being at the centre of the Cathedral's life. It is ably served by Canon Kevin Golden, who makes a point of welcoming all as does the congregation. Highly recommended.
