Fantastic drivers, he pulled up a train station but couldn't see me so called me turned out I was at the back not where they normally pick up at the front, bless his heart he told me to wait were I was and he would come round as he didn't want me lugging my suitcases around. ,

Not often I write reviews but I feel my experience with this taxi firm merits it. Booked a taxi two hours before we wanted to be picked up to take us to the train station. 10 minutes before our pick up time they messaged us saying a \driver is on its way to you\. One minute after our pick up time we got a message saying \sorry there are no driver's available for you\. I decided to phone them to get someone who couldn't care less of the situation and basically said there is no taxi's available so you should book another taxi. I proceeded to explain to the guy that that is not how booking taxi's work but he still pointed us to book somewhere else. Thankfully the other taxi firm we rung were so efficient and turned up quickly and got us to our train. On our journey we were told this taxi firm only has four cars. I understand companies will prioritise trips that are longer (we didn't live too far from the station), but if that is the case just tell me when I ring you up. Don't send me a message saying we have a driver then 25 minutes before our train say we don't actually have one. When you book a taxi, you should have the taxi for when you booked it for. Overall poor, poor service from them. I mean by all means, give them a go, but I felt like what happened to us needed to be noted.

Best taxi company in Dundee, Always had friendly drivers who would go out of there way to help you, prices are also reasonable. And used there web Booker for the first time today and got to say its fantastic, very easy to use and once taxi accepts job i was able to watch my taxi coming live on google maps on my mobile, will definitely be recommending this web Booker, and cant wait to download the new app. Good job Dundee Taxi's 5 *****

Ridiculous company. Last night I waited more than double their predicted wait time and no taxi had even been dispatched. Thought I'd give them another go and booked a taxi for this morning, 10 hours an advance. No car available so again I had to cancel. I understand it's a small company but they need to sort out the app to make sure that they are not promising what they can't deliver.
