Nice place. Great people. Nice little cafe with a great sausage and black pud butty. Really nice genuine people working both there and in the Xmas tree side. Best place for trees in Dundee

Great to pick your own tree, plenty to choose from, lasts about 5 weeks Good price and customer service, I wouldnt go back to a artificial tree ,

We go there every year for our Christmas tree. Always great selection of sizes, great looking trees and good prices! This year we ended up with a tree that is way too big for our house ... but that's entirely my fault

1.Be prepared to see/ choose different trees then on website. We was looking for 6ft minimum, but unfortunately they didn't had it We looked online what type of trees will be available and was excited when Tayside Forestry opened. Not for long. 2. Dress accordingly- mud everywhere ! 3. Do not believe the price tags inside the shop, we bought window Santas lights, on the box was 3 different stickers, so we assumed, the cheapest one is the final price. But no, cashier put the highest price tag through! 4. Customer service- we kindly emailed accordingly to leaflet to customer service, being naive to clarify and sort out this \mystery price\. But sadly, within weeks time noone responded. Will we go there next year? For sure nope. We spent 105 thinking we found good, reliable place where to buy Christmas tree for now on, but nope. Unfortunately, this place is not for us. Do not offer, what you don't have. Check your price tag system and don't fool your customers!
