EDIT: This review has NOT been left in error as I was based in NZ at the time. But I'm not surprised aon is trying to sneak their way out of a mistake as usual. Try take some responsibility for once instead of making excuses... The most pathetic excuse for an insurance company I have ever come across. Actually, let me amend my former statement: the most pathetic excuse for an insurance company I have ever come across in my entire life. Used to be insured by these degenerates as a listed driver before I realised that I was not actually on the policy at all and I was basically driving a 200,000 car completely uninsured for nearly a year. How does a mistake such as this even happen? Totally, totally unacceptable. The absolute cherry on the cake? When they revised the policy they still did not list me as a driver. When I rang the manager to sort out his mess he took no responsibility (frankly not surprised) and did not seem to care that I could be leaving. Really have not come across a business before that do not care about their customers at all. All of the support staff are also very incompetent and inept for their positions, including the manager who I can only assume is brain damaged. If you want a useless insurer who have no idea what they are doing and probably won't even have you listed on a policy, then look no further, this is the insurance company for you! Would rate them 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is the lowest.
