Good bank, one of the only banks that have No Debit Card annual fee. They also process Internet Banking payments very quickly. And the Smart ATM is really good, easy to deposit money.

Only 1 person working behind a desk, while two members of staff stand around in the middle of the store doing nothing, twiddling their thumbs. Not sure why they weren’t also placed behind a desk so they could help waiting customers. Not good enough waiting 20 minutes to be served when you are the only other customer in the store, and there are at least 5 members of staff working.
Never have said negative to any places. But I will never visit this place again. Reception Helen has a very bad attitude.. The manager is a rude and impolite lady.. I don't understand why BNZ is looking for such a person to be a manager?Worst service..total useless..

Very disappointed with customer service,slow and uninterested in their work. Manager very unfriendly and rude. Please do something about it if you don't want to lose your customers.
Pretty pathetic only having one person serving customers feels like for ever waiting inline. When I have add to go in there to pay for items that I have gotten off trade me. Would speed things up if there were more staff on the tills
Often there is long cues and delays due to only one teller available. This is due to upper management incompetence cutting back staff to increase profits. This has put a stress on staff which are very friendly but obviously get abused by frustrated customers.
