Love going to Edgewater Park for any of the many festivals held in Dunedin, or to just picnic under the pavilions. Great for singles, couples, or families. Well maintained play area for kids of varied ages.

Edgewater Park is right by the water, and thus can be very windy - bear that in mind when planning a birthday party and the like. You always wanna bring warm clothes. It can get pretty crowded. Its close to several nice restaurants and you can get ice cream nearby

I love being able to stop and use the rest facilities also freindly good people come here great place to take the kids beautifull views

Nice walk after lunch. Can't get on piers to check out the boats. Had the dogs so no public pier. But nice anyway.
