Dave and Tommy did an amazing job on continuing the wood floor from the rest of house into our master bedroom. They were able to match the same plank to the rest of floor installed by them 6 years ago. We could not be happier with it. Highly recommend.

If you thought that a flooring store, that was in a storefront that looked like it was out of a third world country, would provide better price and service than one of the large good looking national chains -- WELL, you are wrong. Over the past ten years I have tried to obtain a decent experience and estimate from Michael's Floor Depot for my house. The first time was for carpeting for four large rooms - over 1200 sf. The second time was for 2,000 sf of hardwood. And this most recent time was for a mere 65 sf vinyl plank purchase and install. NOPE. These guys provided the worst cost than numerous other providers. Received a quote within 2 hours, by e-mail, after the installer looked at the job that put the install at 12/sf. 300 of product and 700 for install for 65sf of locking vinyl. Crazy. Asked for the detail of how this figure was calculated and what I received was RADIO SILENCE. Please just tell me that you don't want a small job (they didn't want the big jobs either as you can see) but don't just ignore my question. If you think that you will get a fair deal from a place that looks like it should be knocked down, think again. Move on, you won't get what you were looking for!
