Great service, very fast and dependable. Made an appointment for 9:50 am, my iPhone 5s screen was replaced and I was out the door by 10:20am. Couldn't have asked for faster, more friendly service. The quoted costs for repairs were extremely reasonable as well. Although my phone was damaged beyond repair; Rick spent several days’ trouble shooting and trying to fix my phone. A smashed iPhone screen seemed like the end of the world, and after going through hell with it over the weekend, Rick at the Florida iDoctor showed me that repairing it was a heavenly experience. The phone looks like new! The repair itself was quick (under 90 minutes), and Rick and his staff are professional, personable, and efficient. The cost was fair, and with the warranty, I have no worries about the screen for at least 90 days. Florida iDoctor was highly recommended by friends. Now I highly recommend it to YOU!
Fast, Professional, and Great Customer Service! Even more amazing was that they were working Sunday morning and I was able to schedule the appointment late Saturday evening. The end-result was that the phone looked just like it did when it came out of the original box.
Great customer service, great prices, and family-owned! Have taken two products to this guy and was very satisfied each time. I got my iPhone screen replaced and was not sure if the front camera was broken from dropping it, or from him installing the new screen. Without arguing, he replaced the front camera on my phone as well for no charge. Highly recommend!!!!
Very pleased with their service. Brought my wife's cracked iPhone in to have the screen replaced. Dropped it off during my lunch hour with the plan to pick it up on my way home from work. It was ready and the work was great. Fair price at 79 as well. Very helpful and friendly team there as well. I will definitely turn to them again if needed in the future.
I went to iDoctor because my former, very reliable, computer tech company closed down. I took my PC in for routine maintenance. The PC was ready on time and returned with all the upgrades that were required. No gimmicks or surprises. The staff is friendly and personable and took the time to explain the work that was done. The very best place to take your electronic devices. 2 AWESOME experiences Rick did a great job with the screen on my cell phone and on a separate occasion repaired my laptop that had a nasty virus.
