Foley's responded immediately and communicated well. They had the job done quickly and efficiently and took away the rubbish. I've used them on two separate occasions and found them to be the same both times. Would use them again and recommend their services.

Topliss Shower Mixer (Model TB ELP) was installed to replace leaking older Topliss Model TB6. However the rotating shower mixer dial is much harder to rotate to turn on/ adjust water temperature. And the rotating dial also protrudes inappropriately a lot more from the face plate, esp the top of it.

I am a Property Manager and I am very impressed with how Donovan gave me advice and also answered any questions that I had to pass on to my owners. I carried out a property inspection yesterday and I am very pleased with how clean and tidy the work area was left, it was not an easy straight forward job but with Foleys they made it very stress free for myself and my owners. The operative was punctual and polite. Our toilet problem was fixed straightaway. Our other problem (low water pressure) was not so smooth. The operative asked us to contact the city council to ascertain whether there was a leak on their side of the boundary. When the council operative came the next day it took him less than 10 minutes to determine that the problem was on our side of the boundary AND to locate where the leak was. I felt that the Foleys operative should have been able to do the same.

Excellent emergency call out service. Then I asked for a quote was told someone would call next day. I called back several days later and spoke to a women who sounded I competent, she told me they were behind and it would be 2 weeks, I originally requested a quote on the 19th February. Very disappointing after the fantastic service of the on call plumber.

I was beyond impressed by the Foley's team. I had an emergency on Friday night around 9pm when the macerator pump in my flat broke and there were terrible things rising up in the shower. I rang and got through to the loveliest plumber from Foley's who was at my house within 20 minutes and he promptly sorted the issue. It was the biggest relief and I'm extremely grateful! Could not recommend more highly.
