Too windy for butterflies this but great place to walk and get a breath of fresh air

Pretty little park and a pleasant surprise to find. Not much was in bloom when we visited so only saw a few butterflies but it was nicely maintained and enjoyable.

Terrible!! I talked to a very nice lady who was working and maintaining garden once there. After that everything wemt to hell. Everything was overgrown with weeds and most every flower had died and benches were covered in bird poop and pollen. Worse than that the main maintenance building is right next to the butterfly garden!! So sad its not kept up.
