First-rate customer service and attention to detail. Ravi & Aman, especially Ravi, are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. Goods were packaged exceedingly well and with great care. So professional. I am most impressed.

I wanted to send some framed pictures to my daughter's in Australia. A lot of places I tried couldn't guarantee the frames wouldn't get broken during transit. The pictures arrived 6 business days later all intact. Very, very happy with the service. Will definitely use Pack & Send again.

Due to an oversight during the pack-out of the Royal NZ Ballets 'Sleeping Beauty' show in Dunedin, I managed to leave behind a box of equipment for the show !
