We have been really happy with our Sapphire MyOasis spa we purchased in January. The service from Bruce and Steve was great. I’m glad we paid the extra to go to the Sapphire range, the jet pressure is excellent and our first power bill was pretty reasonable. No shock moment! The spa has been a fantastic addition to our home. Thanks Guys

Spa Pools Otago were very helpful and transparent during the selection process. They took our family's makeup into consideration before recommending the spa for us. On delivery they were clear about how we care for our new spa and completed a smooth set up and hand over. I would highly recommend their knowledgeable staff if you are looking for a spa.

We had a very good experience with Spa Pools Otago. Bruce and Steve were helpful in deciding which features we wanted and they gave us a good deal on the final purchase decision. We were worried about possible delays due to Covid in Australia and NZ, but the manufacturing process went according to plan. Steve gave good advice during the process of designing the spa foundation and decks. Unfortunately the build was not complete by the time the spa arrived but Bruce and Steve were happy to hold it in their storage space for an extra month. Steve arranged the delivery and it all went well. Steve spent some time installing the heat pump, all included in the original price. He even found us some brackets to hang the heat pump on, at no extra cost. He then provided us with a pool skimmer and a generous pack of pool chemicals and gave me a tutorial about how to use them. Overall an excellent experience.

We recently purchased a MySpa flume pool from Spa Pools Otago. Wow, what a wonderful experience it was, from the first tentative enquiry through to the support given even now, a few weeks after installation. Steve was very professional and thorough and we felt understood and confident the right pool would be delivered. Bruce was very accessible and easy to work with and gave us plenty of confidence that we had chosen the right product and placement. There was excellent help with site selection and preparation of the concrete pad. Once the pool arrived, we were able to swim in it the very next day and that first swim was wonderful. The experience in a flume pool was easy to adapt to and now I swim most days. The jets produce a very even flow and don't throw you outside of the stream. The seats with plenty of massage options are great to use and we feel refreshed after our daily swim. Our adult kids love it too as do the Grand baby. So far we have not had any problems and when we have a question, it is quickly answered.We would highly recommend Spa Pools Otago, Steve and Bruce and Sapphire Spas. We would recommend anyone with a dream to own their own swimming pool in Dunedin to consider this option.

The man stayed for an extended period of time and was extremely thorough in explaining the day to day runnings of the spa. Thanks :)

The chap working here seems very uninterested in dealing with people in person, pretty much asks you if you've looked at the website when you walk through the door and advises you to look at it for details. A work colleague had exactly the same experience. Would give one star but I'm to polite. I guess Spa's are really popular at the mo so you don't need good customer service..

After a less than satisfactory experience with a competitor. We went online and found Spa Pools Otago. Armed with a number of questions, I called the company and all questions were answered in a professional manner. They offered suggestions based on their experiences and we discussed the best options for us. Next day we rang back on ordered our Spa. Covid created a few delivery issues, but we were kept informed as to what was happening. Finally the day arrived for our spa to be delivered. They were on time and installation was a breeze. The onsite instructions were clear and if there was something we were not sure of, the questions were answered. Our experience from the initial contact through to delivery was enjoyable and we highly recommend Spa Pools Otago to any person thinking of purchasing a spa pool.
