Studio 3 are AMAZING!! I have been suffering health issues in recent years and the On-Demand Classes are excellent. I took Danielle’s class yesterday. The Barre class helped with focusing on building my core; and loved the way Danielle explained the correct posture and feel the difference already in one day. I highly recommend Studio 3 and their On-Demand classes. 5 stars from me! Thanks to the team at Studio 3!!!

Studio 3’s on demand workouts have been my savior during Covid. They offer many different workout options so you can switch things up each day. I personally like the barre express and barre strong videos. I always feel great afterwards.
Great place, and ambiance. Very professional. I really like this place! When I am in Florida, I love to enjoy the barre class or Pilates... it s awakes my body for the day Thank you!
I absolutely adore this studio! I’ve taken Pilates and Barre with both Danielle and Stephanie and both are incredible instructors. Not only are they welcoming and inviting but they’re attentive to making sure you’re doing the correct movements for your own body while also demonstrating and motivating the class. They get to know their clients and show that it’s really about knowing your own movement and body. This studio is truly one of a kind!
So I tried out this place, then tried another place in town and I am so happy I came here first! This place is amazing, it's challanging each and everytime I have come. The instructors are seriously tough but fun! The results are already showing and I'm loving it!
