Both Mary and Derrick at the t-mobile store in Dunedin at Granada Plaza go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. The two of them are a GREAT team...they work together well. My husband and I have been up to the store several times as we each got new Iphones. They go beyond to make sure you are happy. They are very pleasant to work with. Kudos to both of them

Ellis was the best person to help me with my phone! I’m so happy I went to this tmobile location! my phone was giving me difficulty and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes!! Everyone in the store is very helpful!

This place is the best. Clean and super helpful! Jaden spent a long time helping me port my number from a very uncooperative carrier. He never lost his cool once, and this was a real ordeal, people! He was polite, calm, and determined. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
