I stood in line with three other people waiting for one of the five people in the back of the store talking to come up to take our orders. All the while an order was sitting on the counter for someone else that was never brought out for the customer to reach. The tacos had some kind of filler in them that made them have no flavor?? This is what my tacos looked like! Not enough meat to fill a 5 year old child! I thought the tacos came with onions and tomatoes as well as lettuce and cheese? I guess only lettuce and cheese now? I will never eat in Taco Bell ever again!!
They were missing half of my UberEats delivery order. I had to find a ride and get there myself to get the rest of the food, then realized part of the order was wrong. I would not recommend this place at all. Find another Taco Bell. There are much better ones around. They don't seem to care about anything here.
Update: This location has gone downhill significantly. Consistently gets orders wrong and an unclean parking lot. I don't know if management changed or what, but this location is more hassle than it's worth.
Came through at about 9pm on 2/11/21 and ordered 2 Steak Chalupas and a Chips and Nacho Cheese. No receipt was given at the time of the transaction, which leaves little recourse if there is a problem, and the “workers” neglected to even put the nacho cheese in the bag for the chips. They hand you your food completely sealed up so it’s difficult to even look in the bag to make sure your order is correct before leaving the always-packed drive through line. When I tried several times to call, there was no answer and when I finally did get through to someone, the connection was so bad in their end, I could barely even hear the person that did answer. This particular Taco Bell is straight trash. The orders are habitually wrong, they’re always short-changing the customer with ingredients, and they are about 0.50 more expensive per item than all of the other local Taco Bells. Do yourself a favor and drive out to Gulf-to-Bay in Clearwater or hit up the Countryside location on 19.
