What a great group of guys working there! They explained everything I needed without trying to over charge me or do any unnecessary work. They were efficient and so professional. It’s nice to feel comfortable and not feel like I’m being taken advantage of with any car services! Thanks guys! And Derrick is an awesome manager!

I have rarely experienced the level of expertise and customer service I encountered this afternoon. I'm still shocked. I came here because they have Castrol for high-mileage engines. My '95 300ZX just rolled over 100k and I thought it was time for premium oil. Quinton greeted me and that started \the treatment\. As they worked on the car, at each stage of service Quinton and Bill communicated with each other about what they were doing. When all the fluid levels were topped off, the other guy went to each fluid point and double-checked that the caps were replaced and on tight. I've never seen that ANYWHERE! Their sales approach was \consultative\ and not \hard sell\, which was very much appreciated and instilled confidence that they were telling me the truth about my air filter instead of manufacturing something just to add more expense. Not going anywhere else...nope...never. Thanks, Quinton and Bill!
Had an oil change here yesterday. I only had to wait a few minutes to get in on a Saturday afternoon. Staff was very professional and efficient and explained everything well. Had oil changed and air filter and service went quickly. Would definitely recommend.
I absolutely love this place. The people are always so nice. They give you a chilled bottle of water as you drive up and are so polite. The 25% Veteran discount is great, and it is given out of true respect. It takes no time to get the oil change done and no appointments required!
They have a process that I find very effective. They hire well and I am assuming this because I have been to 3 different locations and found the same attitude at all of them. They do what they do very well. The services I have used and can recommend are obviously oil change, intelligenty done. They help pick the right oil with very little push to use the most expensive. With that comes fluid check's and top offs, tire air checks and filled as needed. They also wash your windshield and all this is done quickly and efficiently. I believe that is where the name Take 5 comes from. I just had my windshield wipers replaced there and I think I paid almost double (24) of what I could have bought them for, it was well worth it to me. If they could rotate my tires I would never go anywhere else to get my oil changes done.
