Great fire. No problems with the Fireplace as a business, but I have to say in my opinion the workmanship on the sub-contracted installation was average. The Fireplace was quick to apologise and the issue was resolved by mutual agreement.

Such a great team.the installers had to create a metal box for the fire to fit into my villa chimney and it is a wondrful job.many thanks to all involved. Oh and the fire is just glorious
