We could not get in the Palace due to covid, but we had a walk around the town and WHAT A PLACE If you are fan of Outlander you will love it, if you are not, you still gonna love it. Little and narrow streets together with old buildings, feels like transported to the past. Don't forget to visit Abbey and the kirk.

A fantastic place to visit, steeped in history and full of quirky, interesting details - an absolute must if you're visiting the area. We ran out of time to explore the village around the Palace, so we'll definitely be back! Oh, and do explore the terraces, the views are expansive and wonderful - there are even covered shelters up there if it's a soggy day...

Culross is a beautiful little village. It's even better in summer when all flowers and trees are blooming. It's also a butterfly town, where butterflies and bumble bees are busy covering every garden in this historically well preserved place. It boasts very good pottery and arts & crafts. Love the visit and love every seasons of Outlander!
