We recently got three rooms done with an oak wood floor (hall, kitchen, dining room) and we couldn't be happier. The service from Hagan was first class - from choosing the wood to the actual fitting. Our floor wasn't the easiest to do (there is a slope in our hallway between two levels for example), but it was no problem at all for the fitters. Would highly recommend to anyone. Special mention to Larry, Christie and Stevie who were brilliant throughout. I've included a couple of pictures of our hallway.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Really disappointing experience with this company. I asked for my downstairs flooring to match my upstairs, which is a light ash colour. Having shown them pictures of what I wanted and even showing the workmen in person before they started, they failed to advise me during the process and my floors look worse now than they did before. Not only is the colour entirely not what I asked for, the floor finish is uneven and rough to touch. It was a really rush job and I’m down over 400! I paid in good faith before the job was finished and when I expressed my disappointment, they weren’t prepared to resolve it or take responsibility in any way. Avoid like the plague and go with someone who will ensure customer satisfaction before taking your money. Terrible! For those seeking a reputable company to do their floors, I think their response to a customer complaint as seen below should be clear indicator of the type of people you will unfortunately be dealing with and my advice would be to avoid at all costs.

Got Floor fitted last week, class job done by the guys. Sandra also very helpful in the showroom, would highly recommend to anyone needing a new floor.

Someone recently mentioned going to this showroom and what a terrible experience they had. I found this really interesting as exactly 25 years ago these people left me in tears I had just paid 1800 pounds for an oak floor and the fitters made shambles of it. The management were dismissive and rude to me to the point of laughing at me. At the time I said I certainly wouldn't recommend them and it's interesting to read and hear first hand that they haven't improved any. Just amazed me how they are still in business at all. Modern technology is great as we can now put it out there to a wide audience when businesses treat people badly
