Amazing staff, very friendly, amazing to talk with. Overall great staff. With that being said there have been multiple issues that I have had leading up to me changing pharmacy's that's I would like to address. Firstly, there have been multiple occasions where prescriptions needed to be faxed out to my doctor causing extremely long wait times I recognize that this may not entirely be their fault but due to this being a common issue I have requested multiple times to inquire about providing refills on my prescriptions. Following my request I did not recieve any on my prescriptions it got to the point where I just stopped asking and had them fax my doctor for each refill. Second, recently I called in a refill on my prescription and they gave me an estimated pick up date of 2 days later, I wasn't able to pick up my prescription untill 4 days after I made the request. When I went in to pick up my prescription they informed me that they didn't have it, the doctors office did not send the fax back to refill the prescription. So I waited in the pharmacy for roughly 30mins while they sorted out the issue and filled my script. Finally, I decided to switch pharmacy's after these being long time issues. When the new pharmacy requested that my file be sent over to them they informed me that they have sent it but the new pharmacy said they did not receive the fax. It has been twice now that the new pharmacy had contacted this one to request my file and it still hasn't been sent over. Extremely frustrating.

This is a pharmacy that genuinely cares. The pharmacist takes the time to speak with patients and makes sure to answer all questions and concerns in a friendly way! Everyone here is super nice
