The company as a whole is a joke, waiting 1 year for them to fix a leaking sink that they just put in and they still haven't done that. Customer service is misleading and sometimes rude like its a big hassle for them. All the good reviews are from staff and their friends don't be fooled :) Can't rely on them Can't recommend

Nothing but a nightmare to deal with in every area. Rude, condescending abhorrent customer service in every aspect. Probably on the same level as rogue private landlords and perhaps worse because you should expect better from a social housing provider. The sooner I have nothing to do with them the better!
