We've been here just over a year and we're in our third office. Adrian and his team and have been super helpful in allowing us to move frequently into bigger spaces to help us grow our business. Couldn't recommend the site and staff enough

We have worked at Dunston Business Village since it opened and we have nothing but praise for the quality of the working environment it provides. The facilities are very conducive to both recruiting and retaining staff - it's a nice place to come every day. Our business is quite dynamic and high growth, and the flexibility of the team on site is great. If we need more space Adrian and the team are always able to accomodate us (usually at short notice!). 5 Star from us....couldn't really ask for more.

A lovely, friendly bistro on site and a real community feel at great rates.

Do not touch with a bargepole, Adrian had my office emptied and all of my possessions put into a barn whilst i was paying full rent, as i wasn't using the office and had given notice to terminate. he bullied my female staff on occasion as i didn't agree with some of the charges for telephones. overpriced poor resource accompanied by the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
