Went to view a Citroen berlingo van it was advertised at 7pm yesterday on facebook i went to view it the next day at 9am said it was sold when i got there it had been sold for 2 days no apologies just attitude 50 mile trip wasted the van is still on facebook now 5 hours after i was told it was sold don't waste your time with this company

I rented a medium wheelbase van from Dunston to move house. The van I was given was spotlessly clean and in extremely good working order. The van (a Renault master) was very fuel efficient, meaning that even after about 250 miles of back and forward I only had to top the van up with about 20L of diesel to get it back to full. Customer service is great and when I phoned to ask if I could keep the van an extra day they were happy to oblige me. Prices are very reasonable, I've not seen many other places that are as cheap. When booking out they charge a 200 deposit. This was returned to my card when I booked the van back in and appeared in my account less that 24hr later.

Excellent service. I rented a medium wheelbase van to move house. Very reasonable prices for a spotless vehicle. I will need to rent a van again soon so I will definitely choose Dunston.
