Nick must be the owners son as no owner in their right mind would have such a non-caring, lackadaisical, employee working for them! He knows nothing about wave runner models and doesn't even know what is available for purchase! I went in and sat with Nick for more than 1/2 hr and got nowhere as to what models I can purchase. I proceeded to leave my email and asked him to send me the available models. 3 days go by and still nothing. I called and spoke to Nick again and said he was too busy with customers!!!! You believe that? On top of that he didn't even remember what we talked about. I would think that a potential customer wanting to spend over 30,000 would have ut most attention! If you want your business to close hire this guy!
