This has to be the slowest, most unorganized excuse for an office. We've been told for over a week our claim was being submitted and have gone back 3 times and STILL! NOT! DONE! Does anyone here even work???

RUDEST, most hateful receptionist I've ever seen. Beyond unprofessional, condescending, and just a horrible person. Was impossible to concentrate when I had to listen to someone on speakerphone in the office while trying to file my claim. Plus during a pandemic, you'd think masks would be worn by the workers. DO BETTER!

The lady over the phone was rude over the phone and also in person. Can't seem to give you exact dates for when you have an appointment with them. They just tell you a day of the week. So you think it's on the week that is present, you go up there and come to find out they ment the next following week. When it comes to fraud. You would think they would make that their prime mission to help that individual. Making sure that you are helped first.

Twice now there is this rude lady who is clearly disorganized and took my name and number then said I'd get a call back in a day or two (after complaining about the same calls over and over all day) to schedule an appointment. I called 2 days after to get an attitude from the same lady who took my name and number then couldn't find it. She said another women has a list named Missy and that my name may be on that paper. I couldn't make an appointment because she couldn't find my name she took down
