In as much as I was seeking to apply for an account, the supervisor or manager by the name of Zama showed a disregard of customer centric behaviour that literally makes me want to not be an account holder at your establishment. She showed an emotional unwillingness to recognise that at the end of the day she is there to do her job. She showed no empathy to the staff, store canvassers and customers. #a smile does not kill not one bit. None the less she really needs to work on her attitude overall. Ackerman's is a good store with beautiful clothing for the little ones.
