Long queues. Very long. Covid distancing not adhered to. POS machine software Continuously crashes. Long wait at till, long wait at lines. Long wait to enter. No temperature checks. Ordered coffee, and asked for it to be made so I can come back, collect and leave, only to return to be told "we waited for you to return to have hot coffee." I was in a hurry. So besides in taking far too long to understand my very basic and simple order, they then delayed me further. It's 15 mins later and I still can't drink it. Poor service from a decent store. Not one of my better visits to the numerous Checkers I have visited and support internationally.

Theres not even 1 m Distancing ! Staff an management ! Only at entrance is this applied W h y ? and other shoppers ! Theres No 1 lines at cashiers for queuing. Unfriendly irritated cashiers . And I Will cover the card machine when entering my pin why does it bother u staff

Went to the deli for breakfast at 10h50 and was told breakfast was over. The lady actually carried the bacon, sausages, toast etc away while telling me this. I understand it ends at 11h00? What is the problem?

I've been to Checkers Southway mall on numerous occasions for odd items when in the area, but can never get 1.5 litres aQuelle lemon water. I have asked the store manager why they don't have stock but they don't seem to care. As for their bakery, rolls are stale and I'm sure that they sell yesterdays old stock first. Checkers Malvern is much better experience, bakery always fresh and full stock of aQuelle on shelves at all times.
