Workmanship is terrible. 5 hours to do alignment and still cannot get it done right. Their alignment guy cannot even open camber bolts, me being the customer had to assist. Drove out the shop 3 times only to find the alignment is off and all the bolts loose. Alignment guy wanted to open the steering wheel to centre yet the car drove into their shop with straight alignment and only cambers to be done but drove out with a whole lot of faults.. Such a joke really. absolutely disgraceful workmanship!!.. the owner states its other problems but fails to understand anything other than blame other components when their workmanship is really up the pole. By the looks of the reviews I am not the only customer that had issues with their alignment .

had alignment done, took 5 minutes, car still pulls to the left. they told no guarantee since I have dunlop tyres, go figure. ........Now a few months later, same car, same tyres, I went to Longcroft Suspension Center in Phoenix. No nonsense service, got my car alignment done perfectly straight and no BS about dunlop tyres and no guarantee.
