CheckSave is an affordable and convenient shopping option. The centre provides great opportunity for franchises who are looking to de-centralize. I always encourage my commercial clients to view the rental options on offer at Kays Centre. The centre is conveniently located within the Chatsworth community and the rentals are fairly priced. Management is attentive to the needs of the tenants. A well maintained property.

Solid building, competitive rental rates and attentive property management when problems arise. Great convenience for employees with eatery & CheckSave within the building. The Sports Bar, for the thirsty shopper, is under new management and KZN slots have been introduced.

Kays Centre - comprises of anchor tenants CheckSave offering affordable convenient grocery shopping, Gelmar & Afriboard with CMT tenants, furniture assembly and storage. The centre also has plans for an upcoming service station. The tenants are also carefully selected based on the needs of the community. Kays Centre does not support the scourge of foreign businesses flooding the South African market with low quality products and services and sometimes dubious activity. Tenants that currently occupy leased spaces offer value to the community in addition to providing much needed employment to people in close proximity to their work.

CheckSave makes for convenient, affordable shopping. As an entrepreneur of artisanal food, I obtain all my packaging needs at affordable prices from Mariah packagaging. It is also noteworthy that the Sports Bar offers light snacks in addition to being a watering hole. Kays Centre also has convenient access from the Higginson highway. I am always happy to shop there for my business and personal needs.
