Used to be the best KFC around. Now it has horrible service. Extremely slow and disorganized. People who come after, with similar orders, get served before. The last 2 times I visited it was the same and this is months apart. Over 30 minutes wait. I will not ever visit this KFC again. Take my advise drive to another KFC that will probably be faster.
Its not fine at all what KFC does when we order there. Whether its going there directly or ordering online they still don't get the order correct or complete. My order was totally not complete, instead of 2 coleslaw I got 2 mashed potatoes also without the 4 loaves I ordered. Now some people have to wait another 20 just for salads and loaves. Please KFC, get our orders right, its written there njena!
Hot tasty food. Chips need to be in a drier or at a warmer temperature so it doesn't go sodden. Nonetheless, great and chirpy staff. Quick service
Terrible service, counter sales person and manager are rude and incompetent. I am a regular patron at kfc and i am well aware of pieces that you can and cant have in combination with other pieces when choosing streetwise meals. I will not be supporting this branch
At a time when we are under seige from an invisible virus and taking all precautions including limited travel and public exposure, you would think that food outlets, having suffered the hardest impact of this pandemic, would ensure the highest levels of service. This afternoon I patronised this outlet using the drive through facility. Placed my ordered for a 10pc family meal, paid and returned to the safety of my home to enjoy the meal with my family. To my dismay, upon opening the packaged meal, I realised that instead of receiving the 10pcs that I paid for, there were only 8. I immediately called the store and spoke with manager who casually suggested that I can come back to collect the missing pcs. I want firstly raise awareness that if you're a customer of this branch, always check to see that you get what you paid for and are not being robbed and secondly to the management, owner and franchisor, people like myself use your drive through facility to limit ourselves to public exposure and limit the risks associated with Covid19, and there is a cost of inconvenience associated with your staffs incompetence to count to 10. Your manager who promised to return my call has yet to provide a reasonable solution for your shortcoming.
