I have never experienced such incompetent service as I have from Multichoice. For months now, I have been phoning the customer service to switch on my holiday decoder - and NEVER are they able to get the dates correct. They ALWAYS switch it either off too early or too late... resulting in me incurring extra costs. Is this due to al lack of professional training - or is it just that the staff at the customer service are not trainable. Or are the staff trained to do these mistakes so that Multichoice can generate more income? The staff are normally very obliging and willing to help - but what is the point of this, if staff members are not capable in doing their job properly. Multichoice needs to fill this void urgently - you will lose many more customers if the services do not improve drastically.
