We called Frank on the 25/02/2021, he asked us to whats app him with our address so he could come through and quote us. We did exactly that, unfortunately to date there has been no feedback or contact after acknowledging the whats app message. It appears as if this business is unreliable. we then called him again on the 26th and he made an appointment for Monday - 1/3/2021 at 9 am. He did not show up or even call to let us know he will not be coming. Very disappointing service, its good manners to atleast let the client know if you do not want to provide a service.
