You can't give a place that you spend 6 hours at 5 stars. Maybe it was my bad luck and just a busy day but line was long to renewal car license. I have been told for the last few months the typical wait is 2 to 3 hours. So expect that wait join the queue and catch up on a good book The up side is they are very helpful in showing where the line is and what documents you need. They gave everyone in the line a number so you can leave to get the correct documents and something to drink or eat if it is a really long day.

To management and staff, i was at your post office to renew my vehicle license on 2802/2021. Thank you for the efficient manner in which you managed the people in the que. You all turned a normally unpleasant experience upside down. Sufficient seating was provided for, including Covid protocol in place. Keep up the good work.

Not a good experience due to the lack of thought for people in the queue (standing in the blazing sun). A plan could have been arranged for people to queue inside the Centre. The only positive was for the very helpful lady that was handing out ticket numbers otherwise very poor show on the Post Office's side of things

Quick and efficient license renewal. I was done in 30 mins. Don't let the lines put you off, stick around to see what's happening. There are 3 tellers dealing with license renewals. You can get a number and come back later and they will put you at the front of the line when you get back. Great service!

This place deserves zero stars. They do not answer the landline. (I tried daily for a week) The staff doing vehicle licencing have minimal desire to offer you decent customer service. (The staff seem to forget that they are getting paid to do a job) If you are going to renew a car licence, then budget 2 hours of your day for this.

Very sad to see such terrible service especially during pandemic. Website reflects closure 6pm. No staff had come out to tell the long que of ppl at 4.30 pm they will not be attended to. Ppl left waiting thinking closure is at 6pm. Staff very rude. Manager refused to come out even to apologise or explain. Need to look at better management for hyper by the sea post office branch. Perhaps a ticket system so ppl are not left standing and waiting for no reason. Better communication. Better sineage of operating hours and website should be updated as well.
