Request a qoute, consultation.was done. End of service no qoute sent, I logged a please call me NO call, no reply.Seem like Prestige Floors are dead wood. ...Wednesday 18 December, we called again spoke to Carmel Otto,,whom says she is the manager ,asking her where is the qoute that was irequested on the 10th, she remarked,she thought it good not to send the qoute, as the company will only be back to do business in Jan 2020.After requesting her again to send the qoute, this was done And guess what, the qoute is dated the 10th and today is the 18th. We have requested to be called by the owner of Prestige floor, guess what, no call was reveived.Phatetic
