Service is getting to slow even if you preordered before arrival. And the bun had just a patty with a little bit of the steers sauce spread on it. No cheese or a slice of tomato.

Yesterday I ordered 2 burgers online around 4 they called and told me my food is coming even this morning I didn't receive my food, it's really a bad service that I have to wait 4 hours for food meanwhile they did call me ask for directions and telling me the food is coming

Placed a take away order. Chips were half done. Sandwich looked terrible and fell apart when opened.wasnt toasted properly. Definitely wasn't the first time. Only purchase there out of convenience not by choice. Food presentation needs to be stepped up. Outlet was empty at the time so staff wasn't under pressure.

The dining area was disgusting, the entire dining room had a bad odour which I was told is due to another Franchises central kitchen being next to them. Absolutely pathetic.
