I ordered 2 mattresses beds from The Mattress Warehouse website for my new home. Firstly, they have great special offers which, compared to most stores, were far more affordable. Secondly, I love their search options where you can filter what you're looking for, exactly, as well as all the different brand information for each mattress incl. weight capacity; comfort level; what person it would suit best. Thirdly, I got free delivery earlier than the usual 5-7 working days and they fitted my delivery in on a day which suited me at home. They also called me 20 minutes before arriving to make sure someone was at home - unlike most service providers who give a time frame and never stick to it! Would definitely order from them again.

I received a great service from The Mattress Warehouse Durban branch. I placed my order on the 21st March and it was delivered by the 25th, all the way from Durban to Mthatha. They kept communicating with me throughout until my order was delivered. Even the delivery guys were friendly and updating me about their whereabouts. I will highly recommend it to anyone looking for anything bed related.

Luelle was amazing. I ordered 2 mattresses, and was contacted the same day to confirm receipt of order and payment. She advised a 7-14 day delivery time. 2 days later, and my mattresses are arriving tomorrow! Great price, great service! Very happy!

I ordered two beds and mattresses and qas going to take 4 to 6 weeks as the beds needed to be made. I was moving into my house at the end of the month, they had my beds made and delivered in just over two weeks. Excellent service and kept me informed of the progress.

Placed an order for a Queen XL base via the Mattress Warehouse E-commerce Site. Base was delivered the morning of the second day. After just having a back op i was unable to install the base myself so the lads at Mattress Warehouse brought it up, unpacked it and installed it for me. They even cleaned up after themselves. The base is firm, solid and of very good quality. Would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely buy again. Well done !!
