I have been calling this store for so many days now. No answer. Been to the store, the lady at the door told me they out of stock of the phone I wanted, I should call in a few days. Been trying ever since and no answer. She didn't even have the decency to offer to take down my number and call me back once the shop had received stock.

I have come to the Westwood branch to change my number to wireless 3 times, there is apparently only one or two people that can do it and they take lunch at the same time when customers are waiting. They have no regard for customers time and when you enter they make it clear that you will wait and or the system is slow and they will not be able to assist you. What a nightmare.
