This company has one of the greatest customer centric services I have seen in a very long time! They offer good quality service, at a good price, and act professionally. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Ubuntu Auto Works. It was a very positive experience. Everything was great from the moment we got there. We were told what the services covered and how long it would take. The staff is extremely personable. Fast forward to a few weeks later. I went to start my car and it did not start. I soon realized that I had accidentally left the lights on inside the car all day. It was getting late and I really wanted to get the car running. We watched a few Youtube videos and connected the jumper cables with a friends car, but the car would not start. I happened to have Ubuntu Auto Works business card and called them. I got the owner, as they had just closed for the day. I explained to her the situation. Their mechanic walked us through the process of properly jump starting the car, and we got the car started a short while later. I highly recommend Ubuntu Auto Works. I can not thank them enough for their help when I really needed it.
