I would definitely recommend War Fork Jiu-jitsu for anyone, whether it be your first time trying out this martial art or even if you are looking to gain new skills from a different coach to improve your game. War Fork Jiu-jitsu gives you an in depth explanation of the techniques that are practiced as well as focusing on the special concepts that are often over looked while training. With this all put together it helps you to improve your game, learn new skills and to get a better understanding of Jiu-jitsu itself. Personally, training at the War Fork Jiu-jitsu Academy has assisted me with improving my skills and adding more pressure when I roll. I have learnt to angel my body in order to ensure that a submission will be successfully executed and with Coach Paul's patients, understanding and motivation I do believe that I have become more confident in my Jiu-jitsu abilities.
