So impressed with their service. I ordered rims in Pretoria and it was delivered so quickly. Friendly and well informed salesman. No one in Gauteng had the stock that Wicked Rims has. So now I know where my go to place shall be for all my tyre and rim needs.

Very disappointed in the aftersales service received from Wicked Rims. I bought 4 Rims and new tyres thinking I was getting a good deal. Only for a year later to find out those rims are out of round. I contacted the store regarding the tyres. They advised we send the tyres back to their Dbn store from Johannesburg. Which costed me R800.Sameer was assisting ,only for me call and call again to find out what is going on so basically no follow up. He advised he would send the tyres to the supplier and get feedback, which was never done. Another month goes and it’s a new year and only to call again and follow up with another person who finally sends the tyres to the supplier now saying, they are willing to give a credit of R1000 to anything in their store as their tyre supplier cannot approve the claim. They sold me 3 tyres dated 2018 and one tyre dated 2019. Now I have no tyres plus they expect me to pay for the freight back to JHB for the out of round tyres. Definitely wont recommend this store to anyone anymore!
