I got a terrible service from them but technicians behaviour is very good. My laptops hinge was broken and I called them for repair. They took more than 15 days but couldn't get the replacement, finally I ordered online and called them for fitting and they lost the screws parts. Then I had and an altercation though I got refunded. Not good for heavy technical faults.
